Session 5: Entrepreneurship & Business Building

Gaby Bayona "started her first company, Truvelle, out of her apartment in 2013 with a small bank loan and a team of one (herself). With an emphasis on creating unique, locally made wedding dresses, the company has since grown to include 30 employees, a 10,000-square-foot “garment studio” in Vancouver and a burgeoning bridal empire under the umbrella of the design company Oremony Design Corp."
